We normally expect candidates to have 2 A Levels, an AAT Level 3 or a degree but it is not essential that you are a brilliant mathematician.
There are many personal attributes that are more important than maths which we believe makes a good accountant.
You need excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, strong analytical skills and good written and verbal English language skills.
We are extremely proud of the full study support we provide to all our trainee accountants, which is delivered by a Birmingham-based provider.
